Your Transformation

A unique experience, customized to you

Accountability work is intensely private, and intensely personal. I offer high-touch, entirely customized, 1:1 depth work, both online and in person, to discerning leaders. Working with me is intense. Many clients have shared that they’ve gone farther with me than they ever have with therapists, and in a much shorter time.

We work across both insight and action: reading and writing assignments, original tools and frameworks, discussion and reflection, and concrete behavior-change projects designed to move what you understand out of your head and into your life. At times we may use ceremony and ritual to move stuck energy. My practice draws from ontological life coaching, shadow work, behavioral change, and somatics, all guided by a practice of radical non-judgment. Read more about my lineage.

I bring humor, dedication, a suite of dozens of my own tools, frameworks and concepts, over a decade of experience and a best-in-class reputation. I will stand in the fire with you, but you have to step in first.

What will be asked of you

This work demands honesty, fortitude, and courage. You have to be willing to show up fully, challenge beliefs that may have organized your life for years, and change your actual lived habits.

If your primary goal is to protect your reputation, prove your innocence, or establish that you are one of the good guys, this isn’t for you. We go deeper than innocence and guilt. We look for what is true, what is yours to own, and what your own integrity demands.

This work is for people who want to make sense of their lives, regain internal coherence, and become capable of living differently—not merely appearing different.

That may require sacrifice. Comfort, certainty, status, relationships, or identities you have outgrown may have to be relinquished in service of honor, dignity, and the life you actually want to stand behind.

Whatever you’re facing, your life is not over. You still have a responsibility to bring your gifts to the world.

Working with Mischa has been a transformative experience. He guided me through the process of diving deep into the realms of repair, restoration, and rewriting old narratives, helping me get to the root of the wound and navigate the end of a relationship with an open heart. Mischa's toolkit is extensive, and his insights are potent and delivered with compassion, but what truly sets Mischa apart is his lovingly challenging nature. He fearlessly pushed me to explore my blindspots, and his ability to create a safe and nurturing space allowed me to open up and be vulnerable, while his profound awareness of power dynamics and consent ensured that every interaction was built on a foundation of trust and respect. Working with Mischa has been a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, and I am endlessly grateful for his guidance and support.

I got more out of my first 3-4 calls with Mischa than months of working in an accountability process. I'd tried to unpack that with other practitioners over the years, and many of them helped me identify WHAT I needed to change. Mischa was the first one who actually helped me figure out HOW to make those changes. Working with Mischa gave me deep insight into my habits and patterns, and helped me see where my defense mechanisms get in my way. Most importantly, he did it with clarity and compassion, and he made sure I kept on track. The journey began with a deep reflection on my standards of integrity and an empathetic inventory of past actions where I violated boundaries. I identified the places where my actions weren't aligned with my values, found ways to repair where I needed to, and developed the tools to come back into integrity. All of my personal and professional relationships have been stronger and more resilient as a result. If I'd known Mischa was an option I would have worked with him immediately.

Coming into this I had a lot of unexamined reactivity to feminism and the discourse around oppression. Now, I have more clarity and empathy for others' experiences. I've learned to respond without defensiveness and to view my behavior through the lens of my own values and integrity. Mischa's guidance helped me transform my perspective on integrity from a trigger to a lived value that impacts all my viewpoints and choices. I'm proud of the work I've done with Mischa, especially in showing up for difficult conversations and making values-driven choices in my life.

Mischa is more than a coach. He is the living, breathing embodiment of integrity. Mischa's direct and straightforward approach strips away psycho-babble analysis in favor of practical tools you can directly apply to daily life. His 10+ years of professional integrity practice have given him the skills, experience and knowledge to systematically dismantle toxic masculinity and societally trained dishonesty. His approach is no-nonsense; it is often not fun, but it works. By the end of my first session with Mischa I had identified multiple long-standing behavior patterns contributing to a misalignment between who I saw myself as and how I was presenting myself to the world. Mischa gave me simple, applicable tools to track and improve patterns that were harming others and most importantly, myself. We started with simple commitment management tools that forced me to reassess how, when and what I was committing to. Over the course of 6 months, those tools built into a wholesale change in how I think about honesty and integrity. For more than 15 years, I struggled with various therapists and self-help techniques, none of which made a meaningful or lasting impact. After one month with Mischa, I had grown more than the sum of all my previous internal work combined. Today, I know in my core that when I say I will do something, I will do it. I'm better at saying yes to the things that matter to me and no to the things that don't. The Evolved Man Program is undoubtedly the best investment I have ever made in self-improvement. Thanks to Mischa I am a better partner, father, friend and leader. I have built tools that allow others to deeply trust me, and most importantly I now truly trust myself.
